Importance of Social Bookmarking

Over the past few days I have done a few very small scale [tag-tec]social bookmarking[/tag-tec] tests. Mainly using StumbleUpon, and so far they have worked ..well wonders. I can honestly say the results have blown me away, and that is just using one site out of the many that are out there to use and only on a small scale. I wasn’t expecting much, maybe a few visitors here or there, but was shocked when each site I submitted received hundreds of visitors in a short period of time.
Needless to say now that more tests are needed, and if the results are just as good as my first results it truly is a goldmine or free traffic for your websites. Maybe I am slow at realizing this and maybe others have known this for a long time, but I still think it is still under utilized form of traffic for websites. Most websites I visit I know do not implement any forms of social bookmarking, just think of the hundreds, if not thousands of users they are missing out on because of this reason. Over the next few days I will be doing further tests and will post back again on my findings, hopefully the tests will prove impressive results.

Hello Alex, I have never heard of CoReap before. As far as Spurl I have looked at it, but to this point, haven’t really used it yet.
