Day 1 Workout Recap

Well first day done and over with. Actually ended up working out twice for a combined time of two and a half hours. Now the real struggle is going to be when should I fit this in my schedule for an everyday thing. Odds are right when I get off of work will be the time I pick, unless I decide to work out twice a day, then it will be once before work ~1:30 am then once in the afternoon around 3ish. Right now I am still undecided on that part.

One day down 364 days left to go, I’ve always been told the hardest part is getting started. So maybe that will mean I actually will be able to do this.

New Years Resolutions

Since I never used this site for anything that mattered, I thought I would use it to track the progress of my new years resolutions. Everyone knows that most resolutions only last for about a month before we give up on them so I’m hoping if I keep track of them here I will keep them going much longer.

1. Workout every single day for at least 1 hour.
2. Start eating healthier, smaller portions and better stuff.
3. Get my life back in order.
4. Well this one is private and is out of my hands, will update on it when and if it happens.

I’ve never been one to really do New Years Resolutions before, simply because I would never keep to them. But with this year I will have plenty of free time it looks like. So I really want to give them a good effort
