Most people wait until Thanksgiving to write anything that deals with being thankful, but you can be thankful year around. It is sometimes the most basic of things that people take for granted. Whether that be a roof over thier head, food on the table, reliable car in the driveway, or spare money in the bank.
In these unstable economic times, everything is rough and most people live from paycheck to paycheck just trying to get by. I am no different, life is harsh and unforgiving and sometiems you just don’t know how to keep on going. You forget to stop and be thankful for what you do have in your life. So what am I thankful for? Well I am thankful that I do have a roof over my head even if its not the one I would like. I’m thankful that I do have a reliable car in the parking lot, even now that I do have a new bill every month. But most importantly I am thankful for my family, my wife, my friends, and even my dogs.
Sometimes you get so caught up into things that you forget all of that and just remember for bad and never the good. So here I am telling you to stop and take time to remember all those things you are thankful for when you are down and truly be thankful for them.

So finally get the new server up and running. Its being hosted over at burst.net.
Went with a few other people at first, but the service was very poor. was cheaper but was poor. One had at least 30 minutes down time everyday for a week and a half with one period of 10 hours in a row. The others were just very slow. I know that I just got over here at Burst, but things already seem better. Their backend is quicker and customized and the server itself just seems quicker to commands.
So what is that one food that seems to only come out on big cool days like the super bowl, the final four, world series, season premier of any Joss Whedon show? Spinach Dip, thats right Spinach Dip. It is one of the easiest things in the world to make, but everyone seems scared of it because, well honestly I don’t really know why. Want to know how to make a super stupidly easy spinach dip? Ok well first you will need your ingredients….don’t get overwhelmed now you will need a total of … TWO things, spinach and cream cheese. Thats hard right?
Once you get your TWO ingredients, you put them in a pot, and let them thaw/melt/mix their awesome goodness together and thats it, once all the cream cheese is melted and mixed in with the spinach and everything is hot its done….. that was hard… very hard.
What you will need
2 boxes/bags of chopped spinach
3 packages of cream cheese
1 bowl
1 spoon
1 stove of the electric or gas (or wood would work as well)(I just wanted to say wood would)) variety
Steps
Turn on/light stove
Put pot on stove
Open spinach (if in the frozen box will need to thaw a little and drain some of the water, bag just throw it in there and add a tiny bit of water) and put in pot
Open cream cheese put in pot
Stir..
Stir some more
Once melted and mixed in good let simmer for about 5-10 minutes or until warm
Enjoy with chips or crackers and a cold one (optional)
Want to kick it up a notch?
Add Parmesan cheese and tomatoes to it.
Want to kick it up even more?
Replace some of the spinach with diced artichoke hearts.
Yum!
