Day 1 Workout Recap
Posted by Brian in workout on January 1st, 2009 | No Comments »Well first day done and over with. Actually ended up working out twice for a combined time of two and a half hours. Now the real struggle is going to be when should I fit this in my schedule for an everyday thing. Odds are right when I get off of work will be the time I pick, unless I decide to work out twice a day, then it will be once before work ~1:30 am then once in the afternoon around 3ish. Right now I am still undecided on that part.
One day down 364 days left to go, I’ve always been told the hardest part is getting started. So maybe that will mean I actually will be able to do this.
